Notice what it is
Over 150 feelings in three rings, from Drained to Overwhelmed to Swamped. Pick the most specific word and the broader ones light up with it. Each comes with a one-line description.
Check in. Then notice.
Then notice what you feel, where it sits in your body, and how it shifts. The wheel is there to help you find the words. Check in as often as you like: first thing, mid-meeting, two in the morning.

Most mood apps give you a morning, afternoon and evening slot. Feelings turn up when they turn up, so here every check-in has its own time. Log it as it happens, or later at the time it really happened.

Five short, optional steps: what it is and how strong, where you feel it in your body, what it's asking for, how it shifts, and what next, including whether that fits your values.
A year of check-ins at a glance, your current and longest streak, and which feelings show up most, by week and time of day.
If you'd like, an AI reads your check-in and reflects it back in a few gentle sentences, using your own words, ending with one question to sit with. It never judges or tells you what to do.
Check in. Then notice what you feel.

What your check-ins show over time
Where you are overall, marked with each check-in. 0 is your baseline; name the levels below and above it in your own words. Up to three on each side.
They appear as chips in the reflection's "Your response" step, and one is shown each day at the bottom of the check-in screen.
A journal entry (Just write) can be summarised by AI against this template: its headings, in order, each with what to put under it. Your own words are always kept as you said them.

Checking…
Download everything, any time: every check-in, your values, your scale and your name, as a JSON file you can bring back in or into Life Guide. Keep the file somewhere private.
Bring in check-ins from an export, including one from the Claude prototype, or a file of values. Duplicates are skipped; imported values and scale replace yours.
For testing. Off turns off, for your account only, the crisis check, the reply check, the daily limit, Gemini's safety filters and the limits in its instructions. Everyone else keeps them.
Permanently deletes your account and every check-in. Export first if you want a copy.
Our own feelings map: 9 core feelings, 48 broader and 96 specific, in the tradition of the feelings wheel Gloria Willcox introduced in 1982. Check in as often as you like, at any time of day.
