Notice it. Name it. Find it in your body. Watch it shift.
Check-in is a small, private app for checking in whenever something stirs: name a feeling, or just write. Here's what it looks like. The people and check-ins in these pictures are made up.

Find the word
Spin the wheel and tap what fits. Start from the outside, where the words are most specific, or from the middle if all you know is "sad" or "bad". The broader rings light up with your pick, so you see where a feeling belongs.

Mark where you are, in your own words
Under the week sits your own scale. 0 is your baseline; you name the levels either side of it. Beside your check-in streak sits a mood streak: how long you've been where you are, so changes stand out.

Notice it, and check it against what matters
Five short, optional steps: what you feel and how strongly, where it sits in your body (tap anywhere, as many spots as you like), what you need, how it shifts as you stay with it, and what, if anything, you want to do next. Mark the values you were living, and any you weren't. A mirror, not a score.

See the runs and the changes
How many days you spent at each level, every change, and how long each run lasted. Patterns you can't see day to day become clear over a few weeks.

Everything in one timeline
Every check-in with its time, where you were, the feelings you picked and your notes. Log it as it happens, or later at the time it really happened.

A year at a glance
A calendar of every day you checked in, with your current and longest streak.

Yours to shape
Name your scale's levels and add up to three either side. Add your own values. Everything is private to your account; export it or delete it whenever you like.
